6 on 6 0ff =	1.	Resident has right to lot for 6 months even if they don't occupy their RV.
	2.	RV must be moved off at the end of 6 months to allow rental to others.
	3.	Resident can retain the same lot if they reserve for the next year in advance.
	4.	Residnet can store RV in storage area for $2.00 per foor per month.

Annual =	1.	Resident has right to lot for 12 months even if they don't occupy their RV.
	2.	RV, shed, etc., may remain on lot the full 12 months. Site will not be rented.
	3.	Resident may retain the same lot if they reserve for the next year in advance.

NOTE: To have a guaranteed choice of site you must rent for 6 on 6 off or Annual. Otherwise you may request a site choice but with no guarantee. Those renting for less than six months should be prepared with several secondary site choices. Please see Artie Carnes, General Manager if you have any questions concerning this policy.
